WASHINGTON, DC – The American Border Story (TABS) unequivocally condemns the attempted assassination targeting President Donald Trump and members of his administration at the White House Correspondents’ Dinner. This shocking act is part of a disturbing and escalating pattern of left-wing violence that threatens the safety of public servants and the stability of our nation.
“This act of violence is the latest and most alarming example of a rising tide of extremism marked by hostility toward law enforcement, contempt for religious values, and open calls for political intimidation. Such actions are criminal, dangerous, and fundamentally un-American.
“31-year-old Cole Allen premeditated this attack, drafting a manifesto, engaging in anti-Trump demonstrations in California, and spreading deeply disturbing anti-Christian rhetoric online. This is what radicalization looks like. It is fueled by a culture that excuses hatred, vilifies political opponents, and erodes moral boundaries. Let us be clear: political violence has no place in this country, and TABS condemns it in the strongest possible terms.
“We stand firmly with the brave law enforcement officers and Secret Service agents who acted decisively to stop this threat. Their courage prevented what could have been a far greater tragedy. We pray for the swift and full recovery of the injured agent.
